These terms govern your use of Samtalekort ("the service"), operated by Samtalekort. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You can use parts of Samtalekort without an account. To create your own cards, purchase premium, and save your progress, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Subscriptions and payment
Samtalekort offers a premium purchase as a one-time payment that grants lifetime access. Payments are processed by Stripe. Once payment is completed, it is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
User-generated content
You can create your own card decks and cards. You retain ownership of the content you create. By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it for you. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not: • Use the service for illegal purposes • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service • Copy, distribute, or resell content from the service • Create content that is offensive, abusive, or illegal • Use automated tools to access the service
Intellectual property
All content on Samtalekort (questions, design, code, and trademarks) belongs to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission.
Disclaimer
Samtalekort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samtalekort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hej@samtalekort.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the Danish courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
